In a competitive pitch, national organization CSR appointed Ivy Street to develop a brand for their unique infill project in Chirnside Park. Previously a golf course, this brand needed to steer away from the land’s golfing past.
The flourishing neighborhood parks and space for families to live and grow was the clear inspiration for branding Cloverlea. Inspired by the estates feeling of belonging, we adopted ‘Forever Home’ as the position line and the brand mark was designed accordingly. This fun and vibrant brand design was then applied to printed collateral and interactive website as well as the on site sales office and signage.
