Dacland sought Ivy Street for their new project in Lara. Using local knowledge of the area, Ivy Street needed to create a strong brand that represented Lara as an established community and a standout location for homebuyers.
Dacland are renowned for building communities with a real sense of place, and this was honoured in the branding of Manzeene Village. A unique mosaic logo stands strong in signage and print, with each individual segment of the graphic representing all the places visited as part of our everyday, with Lara remaining at the heart of it all. The brand reflects a village green development within an established community and has been rolled out to printed collateral, interactive website, signage and the on site sales office.
Since launching late May 2015, Manzeene Village has recorded steady sales with a variety of people wanting to make the move to the laid-back atmosphere of small community living in Lara.View Website >
