Two years into the project Ivy Street was appointed by developer Lotus Living to refresh the Silverwoods brand. Even though it was one of Yarrawonga’s premier golf and lifestyle resorts, this destination estate had stagnated and with new owners came the opportunity to unlock the true value of this spectacular location.
Recognising the equity still present in the Silverwoods brand name, we used the estate’s connection to Lake Mulwala and the Black Bull Golf Course to direct the branding. A biggest selling point was the lifestyle on offer; residents could enjoy relaxing by the water, the hustle and bustle of Yarawonga town or even taking part in action packed water sports. We have produced TV, radio, press and online campaigns highlighting these lifestyle benefits of Silverwoods. Closely linked with the estate, we also gave new life to the Black Bull Golf Course brand providing them with a new website and marketing campaign to promote their 18-hole world-class course.
Silverwoods has experienced a shift in attitudes and perceptions since the rebrand, with sales and ROI tracking very well.View Website >
