Brought into the project by Mormac Property Group to refresh The Point’s brand and marketing strategy, Ivy Street needed to make a splash in the quiet, beachside neighbourhood of Point Lonsdale.
Born from its creative positioning, we created this bold and contemporary new-look, breaking away from the usual warm and fuzzy beachside living offerings. We pushed the development’s look and feel into a new space, to attract a new breed of homebuyer. Using emotive imagery and thought provoking creative to design signage, sales office, brochure and interactive website, making this a brand that got straight to the point.
Since the rebrand, The Point has exceeded all expectations. Gaining strong enquiry and high number of sales, the new look is resonating well with its intended target market.View Website >
